What Type of Shoes to Wear With Casual Dresses

Is it just me, or is it even too hot for shorts sometimes? Honestly, who needs a thick waistband when you can wear a breezy, comfortable dress? I don't consider myself a big dress wearer, but it never fails that every time June rolls around, I suddenly become someone who wears dresses (at least a few times a month, that is). But since summer dress outfits are so very simple, the key to a great summer dress outfit is the shoes you wear with it. That's where I come in.
